Horwitz, et al. v. University of Washington

Faculty Challenge UW's Administration of Retirement Plans

Plaintiffs bring suit against the University of Washington for breach of contract on behalf of themselves and a putative class of similarly situated individuals.  Plaintiffs maintain, among other claims, that the University breached their retirement contracts with participating faculty when they failed to provide the total amount of employer matching contributions owed under the terms of the plan.  Litigation in this case is active and ongoing.  More information can be found on the case page by following the "Read More" button on the left.

Faculty Denied Appropriate Sick Leave
