Mr. Stobaugh is a founding member of Stobaugh and Strong, with a civil trial and appellate practice that emphasizes class action litigation for employee benefits and other types of compensation; civil liberties litigation; and actions by individuals and groups to obtain government records.
In his spare time, David enjoys traveling, hiking, and wine tasting with his wife.

Mr. Strong is a founding member of Stobaugh and Strong, with a litigation practice at all levels from trial courts to the Washington and U.S. Supreme Courts. Since the late 1980s, his practice has emphasized employment class-action claims for compensation and benefits against major employers.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys collecting art and reading about current events.
Attorney
Mr. Strong's practice focuses on trial and appellate civil litigation, with an emphasis on class actions and employment law. He has worked on cases that obtained judgments of over $200 million for his clients. His work experience also includes working for Judge Schindler at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys winter sports and walking his dog, Maki.

Mr. Loesch joined the firm in 2000, after working for the United States Small Business Administration ("SBA") for 20 years. His practice emphasis is representing Certified Development Companies ("CDCs") in closing commercial loans and debt collection.
In his spare time, John enjoys the cinema and spending time with his family.

Anders Forsgaard
Mr. Forsgaard is a firm Paralegal, assisting in both closing commercial loans and litigation. He joined the firm in 2018 and has since closed over 300 SBA loans.
In his spare time, Anders enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors.

Erika Haack
Ms. Haack is a firm Paralegal, assisting in both litigation and closing commercial loans. She received her American Bar Association approved Advanced Paralegal Certification from Edmonds College in 2022 with a studies emphasis on legal technology and eDiscovery. She is currently enrolled in the J.D. program at the University of Washington School of Law.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys a dedicated practice of yoga and spending time with her cat, Mac.

Carrie Jo Daugherty
Ms. Daugherty is a firm Paralegal, assisting in both litigation and commercial loan closing. She will receive her American Bar Association approved Associates in Paralegal Studies from Edmonds College in 2024 with an emphasis on civil rights law.
In her spare time, Carrie Jo enjoys exploring the Washington backcountry and dabbling in horticulture and herbalism.
Office Support
Maki
Maki is the firm's Office Support, assisting in welcoming guests, supervising staff breaks, and monitoring office morale.
In his spare time, Maki enjoys receiving gentle pats on the head and going for walks.
